📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Work full-time Monday through Friday during a 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Eastern shift • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Review an application questionnaire and proceed through recruiter screening if there is a mutual fit

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
