📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy • Work with patients experiencing substance abuse and addiction disorders • Support patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder • Develop treatment plans and complete comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to help them achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Participate in the application process through a post-application questionnaire and recruiter discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Current or pending Associate Therapist/Registered Intern licensure or equivalent listed licensure credentials
