📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment through technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care • Provide therapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Conduct individual psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans and partner with clients to achieve goals • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Work Monday–Friday on a fixed schedule, with shift options of 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm Eastern

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Willingness and ability to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Fixed Monday–Friday schedule, with hours set and not self-selected
