📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment via remote video/telehealth services • Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Collaborate with the Talent Team through the application and follow-up process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently/during patient sessions • Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday weekly schedule
