📋 Description

• Support Brave Health's growing telehealth team in a supervisory-only capacity • Focus exclusively on Nurse Practitioner collaboration and supervision, with no direct patient care • Provide clinical guidance and case consultation to Nurse Practitioners • Conduct chart reviews and audits • Provide input on internal practice standards • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care across virtual behavioral health programs

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses • Florida, Illinois, and/or New York state licenses highly preferred • Board certified in Psychiatry required • Child/adolescent psychiatry board certification is a plus • Experience with and knowledge of managed care, Medicaid, and private payers • Prior supervising/collaborative physician experience with Nurse Practitioners is a plus • Experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Treatment • Prior telehealth experience • Eligibility to work in the United States • Must be able to work without visa sponsorship; Brave Health cannot provide or assist with visas or attaining work eligibility • Fluency in English • Proficiency in other languages is a plus, particularly Spanish • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for serving those in need • Adaptability to technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and EHRs • Responsiveness to texts, phone calls, and emails during business hours • Prior experience in a collaborative role with Nurse Practitioners • Experience in Addiction, SMI, SUD, and Dual Diagnosis • Experience working with children and adolescent psychiatry patients • Active DEA • Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
