• 1–4 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent • Demonstrated prospecting and pipeline generation ability • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • High level of coachability, resilience, and self-motivation • Experience in food, beverage, CPG, ingredients, or technical sales (preferred) • Exposure to long-cycle or consultative sales environments (preferred)
