📋 Description

• Own the Vision and Strategy: Define and lead the roadmap for digital banking capabilities, focusing on mobile-first experiences that meet member needs. • Drive Vendor Selection: Manage the RFP process, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to select the right platform for BECU’s future. • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Payments, Fraud Ops, Cybersecurity, and more to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions. • Analyze and Innovate: Use data insights and member feedback to identify pain points, improve adoption, and enhance overall user experience. • Manage Performance: Establish and monitor key metrics, ensuring products meet business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. • Champion Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and adjust strategies to keep BECU ahead in the digital banking space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or related discipline. • 7+ years of experience in product management or product development roles. • Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships. • Ability to self-direct, identify business and customer needs, and deliver solutions. • Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting to senior leadership. • Experience with digital banking and mobile platforms. • Advanced degree preferred. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience developing user stories and domain expertise. • Strong research, leadership, and negotiation skills. • Product Owner certification. • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts as a plus. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
