📋 Description

• Edit Instagram Reels for @alinagrigoleit • Review and edit one podcast episode every two weeks • Create two Reels from each podcast episode • Select the most engaging statements and moments from the podcast • Remove slips of the tongue, pauses, and unnecessary length • Add subtitles, text overlays, zooms, music, sound effects, and supporting visuals • Adapt videos to the existing style and branding • Prepare formats for Instagram and other social media platforms • Potentially edit additional formats such as customer interviews and case studies • Develop multiple strong content pieces from longer conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience editing Reels, podcasts, or other social media content • Excellent understanding of attention spans, storytelling, and retention • Strong instinct for compelling hooks and engaging video openings • Ability to identify relevant statements from longer conversations • Proficiency in professional video editing software • Good eye for subtitles, typography, and modern social media aesthetics • Reliable and self-directed working style • Experience with Riverside is a plus, but not required • Relevant work samples • Rate expectations and current availability
