📋 Description

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements • Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including: Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments, Revenue and margin analysis, Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations, Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses • Prepare clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling • Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation • Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Associate experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience) • Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments • Strong Excel skills (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations) • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds • Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output.
