📋 Description
• Monitor and resolve L1/L2 incidents in FPSL environment • Execute approved configuration changes in FPSL • Perform unit testing, regression testing, and defect tracking • Maintain and update AMS runbooks and known-error database • Support period-end closing activities • Prepare daily/weekly status reports and incident summaries • Participate in knowledge transfer and change coordination • Manage SAP transport requests
🎯 Requirements
• 7-9 years of work experience in financial services • 3+ years hands-on SAP FPSL configuration experience • Working knowledge of FPSL posting logic • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA GL integration and Universal Journal • Experience in an ITIL-based AMS environment with SLA adherence • Strong written communication in English
