📋 Description
• Provide exceptional psychiatric care in a multidisciplinary team setting • Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical excellence and quality initiatives • Support recruitment and onboarding of medical providers • Develop clinical standards and evidence-based best practices • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient care outcomes • Participate in program development and service expansion
🎯 Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry • Active Wisconsin medical license (or eligible for licensure) • Active or eligible DEA registration • Strong commitment to collaborative, evidence-based patient care • Interest in clinical leadership, mentorship, and organizational growth preferred
