• Lead the clinical side of care • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans • Mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors • Guide families through meaningful progress • Partner closely with the State Director • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress • Provide parent coaching and support • Maintain quality documentation and reports • Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional) • Must be credentialed with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children’s, UHC, & Well point • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis working in a remote environment (preferred) • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans (preferred) • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor (preferred)
