📋 Description

• Lead delivery teams and shape the strategic direction of the program while managing client relationships • Serve as the primary decision maker for the program • Manage, lead, mentor, and develop team members through direct reports • Apply structured project management and process methodologies to meet contract, scope, schedule, and budget requirements • Communicate and execute against program and company objectives • Lead and resolve conflicts to meet revenue goals and ensure contractual compliance • Manage technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of program performance across multiple efforts • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and advise clients on strategic vision and direction • Manage contractual obligations and subcontractor outputs • Identify risks, implement mitigation techniques, negotiate outcomes, and drive growth opportunities • Handle hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management, and team development • Support modernization of CMS Unified Case Management for fraud, waste, and abuse prevention

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only; no sponsorship offered • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience • 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects • Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution • 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization • Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment
