📋 Description

• Lead teams focused on company growth and client delivery • Employ structured project management and process methodologies to meet goals and targets • Communicate and execute against program and company objectives • Lead and resolve conflicts while meeting revenue and growth goals and ensuring quality • Manage stakeholders and develop and maintain strong relationships • Collaborate with stakeholders on program scope, timeline, and budget changes • Translate client vision and drive project activities to successful outcomes • Shape client success outcomes and metrics • Advise clients on strategic vision and direction • Identify issues and conflicts and develop strategic solutions • Negotiate outcomes and agreements benefiting the project and company • Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects • Working knowledge of Federal program execution • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects • US Citizenship or Green Card only; sponsorship is not offered • US residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
