📋 Description

• Work and collaborate with Belvedere’s risk team and traders to implement position management tools and solutions • Design extensible trading application • Ensure quality of changes going out to production systems • Maintain, support and troubleshoot critical trading application • Apply industry knowledge and technical skills in new and innovative ways • Encourage the use of best practices throughout the development process • Mentor and guide the development and career path of developers on the team • Conduct performance reviews on a regular cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • 3+ years of experience leading a software development team or project • Understanding of basic options market making theory • Comfortable in multiple programming languages, including C++, C#, and Python • Applies and holds high-quality standard for code and design • Well versed in all areas of delivering technical solutions • Ability to take full ownership (design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, iterate) of projects • Great written and verbal communication skills • Able to develop and empower other developers to optimize output and reach their full potential
