📋 Description

• Take incoming calls from dentists, dental offices, and dental laboratories • Ensure customer satisfaction • Accurately enter orders for merchandise and small equipment • Enter credit card payments • Answer customer questions • Receive and respond to external and internal customer inquiries, issues, and orders • Resolve customer issues and problems • Answer repair-related phone calls and process repair estimates • Complete follow-up work with customers and manufacturers • Maintain repair files and databases • Process factory invoices for billing purposes • Respond to parts-order inquiries and resolve parts-related issues • Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians • Support National/large Group Accounts and Sales Representatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Reside within 1 hour of Reno, Nevada (required) • Excellent customer service abilities • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally • Excellent computer and telephone skills • Great attention to detail, cooperation and dependability • Minimum 5mbps (5,000 kbps) Internet Speed • Connection via Ethernet Cable (Avoid Wi-Fi) • Avoidance of other people using/sharing the same bandwidth connection while calls are taking place • Monday through Friday availability from 9:00AM–5:30PM Pacific Standard Time
