📋 Description

• Provide maintenance and repair services out in the field • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Provide hands-on support and solutions to customers beyond repairs and maintenance • Travel frequently to customer sites, daily • Use power tools occasionally • Support Benco Dental’s mission to drive dentistry forward

🎯 Requirements

• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or technical experience/education, or relevant electrical, customer service, military, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) • Able to perform routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Must frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity using hands, arms, and shoulders • Able to work in tight spaces • Frequent daily travel to customer sites • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Occasional use of power tools
