📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support to customers in the field • Provide maintenance and repair services at customer sites • Install and service dental equipment • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Offer customer-focused solutions beyond repairs and maintenance • Travel frequently to customer sites, typically daily

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) • Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or Technical experience/education, or experience in Electrical, Customer service, Military, Software/hardware, Pneumatics, or HVAC • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Must frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Ability to perform pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity tasks • Ability to work in tight spaces • Frequent daily travel to customer sites and occasional use of power tools
