📋 Description

• Evaluate and assess practices to identify areas of opportunity, selling coaching through the assessment process • Create proposals and agreements that align with assessment findings and present them to client • Recommend systems and programs to support practice growth and optimization • Sell Practice Coaching remotely using analytical software to identify areas of opportunity • Create, maintain, and update curriculum • Deliver coaching remotely and in person, meeting client needs • Partner with clinical systems coach to create and deliver comprehensive practice improvements • Engage, foster growth, and provide counsel to clients • Help practices implement systems that optimize patient care and satisfaction and grow revenue and profitability • Drive sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth through monthly review of practice KPIs • Monitor P&L statements and develop ways to close gaps between actual performance and company projections • Develop and maintain relationships with dental teams to influence them • Support implementation of training and development programs for clients • Host monthly client calls to check in and assess improvements • Write comprehensive recap reports after customer visits • Maintain organized and detailed customer records in Basecamp • Create PowerPoints and conduct public speaking as opportunities arise • Follow Benco Coaching curriculum and protocol • Maintain customer confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent interpersonal skills with the right balance of friendliness and firmness • Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal experience • Exceptional phone etiquette • Strong time management skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Computer experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OneNote) • Ability to travel 75% of the time • Flexibility is required to accommodate customers schedules • Ability to influence others • High School Diploma or equivalent • Registered Dental Hygienist • 1-3 years of dental business/practice management experience • Ability to work up to 16 hours per week and perform in person coaching
