📋 Description

• Supporting the growth ambitions of our customers by delivering Benco's Practice Coaching curriculum on key business and leadership systems • Customize learning objectives and deliverables to meet the needs of the dentist and dental office team • Assist the team with updating curriculum and creating modules to support remote education • Completing practice assessments to evaluate dental practice opportunities and securing sales of our program

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Registered Dental Hygienist • 1-3 years of dental business/practice management experience • Ability to work up to 16 hours per week and perform in person coaching
