📋 Description

• Interact with carriers, internal team members, and systems to audit and maintain EDI files and reports • Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accurate data flow between ERP systems and Benefit Harbor • Perform post-OE, monthly system, and quarterly enrollment audits • Document audit results and assist the Client team with issue mitigation through resolution • Analyze audit results and escalate discrepancies to internal team members • Research and troubleshoot issues preventing audit completion • Request extracts from carriers, vendors, and Workday/ERP systems for scheduled audits • Maintain understanding of file types, layouts, and basic data mapping • Meet timelines and due dates for file audits, Client Support and TMS tickets, and assigned tasks • Build relationships with Operations, Developers, and external partners • Assist the Operations team with day-to-day administration, issue resolution, and special projects • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office • Intermediate Excel and Access knowledge • Health and Benefits knowledge preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to define and resolve issues • Basic personal computer skills, keyboard skills, electronic file/folder organization, and email usage • Database function knowledge preferred but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections • Ability to provide superior customer service • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills with urgency and attention • Experience working collaboratively with teams • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple clients and adapt to change in a fast-paced setting • Integrity, reliability, responsibility, and strong organizational skills • Logical problem-solving, troubleshooting, follow-through, and high attention to detail • Bachelor's degree or related experience in business, preferably in case or product implementation • 2+ years of demonstrated experience with complex projects in the benefits industry, preferably Health & Benefits, or related experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
