📋 Description

• Develop relationships with prospective students via phone in a high-volume call environment • Connect with prospective students by telephone, email, and online presentations to advise them on Bovard College programs and encourage qualified applicants to apply • Use a consultative approach to guide students through the decision-making process • Provide student-centric service to applicants and prospective applicants • Drive application completion by following up with applicants and admissions coordinators • Achieve term performance goals by maintaining targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the admission process • Stay current on programmatic and field-related information • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Superior organizational and problem resolution skills • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with potential students • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department • Counseling skills and/or academic advisement experience • Minimum experience: 0–6 months
