📋 Description

• Assist with administering retirement plans and other qualified retirement plans • Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams • Review plan data to ensure accuracy and compliance • Prepare annual plan reports and documentation • Troubleshoot client questions and deliver excellent service • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail • Contribute to a team-oriented, client-focused environment

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, ASPPA credentials, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Great customer service skills • Some understanding of retirement plan administration and IRS rules is helpful but not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage several projects at once • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from clients and coworkers • Comfortable collaborating with a team and also working independently • Pension Pro experience is a plus but not required • Must live in one of the states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Louisiana
