📋 Description

• Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts: strategy, video briefings, static asset generation, reporting, scaling • Set up and run email marketing (Klaviyo, Hello Email or similar) • Coordinate and implement shop and landing page optimizations • Automate clients' recurring tasks using AI • Maintain tidy project management for each client—keep an overview so nothing slips through • Actively develop existing clients: identify what’s needed next, propose and sell it (cross- and upsell) • Translate our consulting knowledge into AI workflows, SOPs, and video guides. You’ll build the toolbox that takes us from the consulting era into the implementation era.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience at an e‑commerce agency or as a marketer in a D2C brand • Hands-on knowledge of what good ads, shops, copy, and landing pages look like—and the ability to evaluate and demand quality, not just execute • Solid project management: manage multiple clients in parallel without anything falling behind • Confident in direct client contact with a knack for selling. You recognize what a client needs next and bring it up. • Structured, independent way of working. We don’t micromanage—there is full trust. • Genuine interest in and experience with AI: not just 'used ChatGPT once', but real enthusiasm to rebuild and improve online marketing with it.
