📋 Description
• Du steuerst und optimierst Native Ads Kampagnen auf Taboola und Outbrain. • Du entwickelst skalierbare Wachstumsstrategien entlang des gesamten Funnels. • Du analysierst Kampagnendaten und leitest Optimierungen ab. • Du arbeitest eng mit Creative-, Copy- und CRO-Experten zusammen. • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte und den Ausbau des Native Ads Bereichs. • Du entwickelst Prozesse weiter und übernimmst Führungsverantwortung.
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise mit Taboola oder Outbrain • Erfahrung im eigenverantwortlichen Management größerer Werbebudgets • Verständnis für den gesamten Funnel – von Creative bis Conversion • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise • Den Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und einen Bereich aktiv mit aufzubauen.
