📋 Description
• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles, focusing on students’ goals, needs, and interests • Conduct level assessments and needs analyses • Teach private and group students at the Learning Center, offsite locations, or virtually • Meet regularly with the Academic Specialist for lesson evaluation and coaching • Complete assigned training and professional development modules • Maintain up-to-date student pedagogical and attendance records • Integrate learning technology into teaching programs • Maintain shared teaching resource materials • Perform other duties delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist • Provide student support in accordance with Berlitz teaching and customer service principles
🎯 Requirements
• Eligible to work in the US • Four-year college/university degree or equivalent • Fluent in the language(s) to teach • Native fluency in the required language • Exceptional communication skills in both English and the native language • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Flexibility in working hours • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Availability during the day to teach virtual students • Comfortable working in a diverse environment • Ability to talk or hear and regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force • Casual employment; experienced candidates sought
