📋 Description

• Conduct internal evaluations and compliance audits across all departments • Assess compliance with aviation regulations, including OTARs and FARs, and company procedures • Verify Safety Management System processes and review operational processes • Prepare detailed audit reports and support corrective actions and risk mitigation • Oversee third-party quality systems and contractor compliance • Provide compliance guidance and support proactive safety culture initiatives • Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and enhance safety, quality, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years in the aviation industry with quality assurance auditing and compliance management experience • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and risk management • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100, or AS9110 certifications preferred • Experience with reporting platforms • Excellent communication skills
