📋 Description

• Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys. • Leads site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and the requirements to complete the scope of work. • Develops energy conservation strategies. • Reviews Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for equipment and services procurement. • Conducts commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents. • Assists in the optimization of complex equipment/system upgrades. • Provides post-implementation on-site operations and maintenance training for staff. • Develops training material for Technical Services teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning. • Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license. • Possesses expert technical knowledge of the subject matter. • Effective verbal and written communication skills and Customer/Client orientation. • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others. • Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems. • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects with competing deadlines. • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
