📋 Description

• Lead audit, review, compilation, and related client engagements from planning through completion • Develop understanding of client operations, processes, risks, and business goals • Research and analyze financial statements, audit matters, and technical accounting topics using electronic research tools and audit software • Build trusted relationships with client management and staff • Identify and communicate recommendations to strengthen business processes, controls, and financial operations • Participate in planning, closing, and audit committee meetings • Support partners and senior leaders with proposals, business development conversations, and practice growth efforts • Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns • Provide feedback supporting staff development and engagement performance • Participate in recruiting efforts and represent the team to prospective candidates • Continue developing technical knowledge through professional development and training • Travel less than 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting • 150 semester hours of education • 3+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience • CPA license or active progress toward obtaining a CPA • Strong analytical, technical accounting, and auditing skills • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities • Sound judgment, organization, and attention to detail • Strong communication, collaboration, and client service skills • Interest in coaching others and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment • Financial services industry experience is helpful but not required
