📋 Description

• Provide outsourced accounting and financial reporting services to a diverse portfolio of clients • Perform attestation work, including compilation and preparation of financial statement engagements • Perform month-end and quarter-end closes for multiple client engagements • Maintain prepaids, accruals, depreciation, and other GAAP accounting adjustments • Assist in preparing GAAP work papers and trial balances • Apply basic GAAP accounting and work through more complex GAAP accounting with supervisor assistance • Process payables and produce payable reports/checks with approval • Process and maintain receivables and make deposits • Record bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances • Establish effective work schedules • Build and nurture client relationships • Collaborate as a team member to complete project components and assignment tasks • Participate in outsourced accounting team meetings • Report directly to a Manager in the Outsourced Accounting Services Practice Group

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS degree in Accounting • Ability to be a team player with a positive approach • Strong computer skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple on-going assignments • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Relevant work experience a plus • Less than 10% travel per year
