• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to address speech and language deficits. • Deliver speech therapy using specialized techniques and equipment, and recommend communication devices when needed. • Partner with referring physicians and the care team to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and goals. • Participate in case conferences and care coordination meetings. • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per organization policy. • Stay current in speech-language pathology practice and theory. • Perform other duties as required for patient services.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology. • Active Californian SLP license. • Minimum 1 year of clinical SLP experience. • Current CPR certification with AHA. • Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
