• Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Workday Learn as the organization’s enterprise learning platform. • Support the design, organization, and delivery of learning content aligned to organizational priorities and workforce needs. • Translate LMS data into clear, actionable insights—tracking engagement, completion, and learning trends to inform decision-making and strengthen staff development, leadership consistency, and operational effectiveness. • Develop and analyze LMS reports to track training completion, usage, and effectiveness; identify insights and recommend improvements. • Design and develop engaging eLearning using adult learning principles and modern authoring tools. • Partner cross-functionally to support training needs, provide end-user support, and deliver training on LMS functionality. • Drive LMS adoption through communication, training, and user engagement strategies; identify opportunities to enhance the learning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, technology, or related field • 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience (Workday Learn preferred) • Experience supporting LMS implementation and system configuration • Ability to build and analyze reports and translate data into actionable insights • Experience designing eLearning using instructional design methodologies and tools (e.g., Articulate, SCORM, xAPI) • Experience driving change management and system adoption strategies • Multimedia development skills (video, animation, interactive learning) • Familiarity with HRIS ecosystems and system integrations • Strong technical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite of products.
