📋 Description

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans • Deliver speech-language pathology services in patients’ homes • Document visits and maintain accurate records per regulatory requirements • Educate patients and caregivers • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. • Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high standards of care.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Current SLP license in California • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) • 1+ year of home health or clinical experience preferred • Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. • Current CPR Certification. • Current BLS Certification. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
