📋 Description

• Identify areas of opportunity within the gaming sector and drive business growth • Support data-driven decision-making through actionable insights and recommendations • Identify opportunities and efficiencies across Marketing, CRM, casino operations, and poker operations • Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and analysis for key business questions • Work within a sprint structure on short- and long-term projects • Interface regularly with internal stakeholders to identify business priorities • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, data models, and data-as-a-service solutions • Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools • Manage and maintain codebases through Git version control, including collaboration, documentation, and deployment best practices • Support key business decisions and present recommendations to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science • Advanced use and understanding of SQL • Advanced use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) • Experience utilizing viz tools like Power BI and Tableau (Power BI and DAX experience is preferred) • Experience leading analytical strategies across the commercial business • Confident presenting recommendations to key stakeholders extending up to the Senior Leadership level • Experience working with large and sometimes incomplete and complex data sets • Business standard use of the English language • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship • Applicable gaming licensing requirements, including maintaining required licensure • Compliance with BetMGM's responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives
