📋 Description
• Manage risk and liability across Betr's sportsbook markets • Price and trade markets in real time, adjusting lines as action evolves • Monitor league news, injuries, lineups, and weather for real-time adjustments • Set and adjust Betr's opening and closing lines • Manage liability limits, exposure, and bet acceptance thresholds • Analyze daily reports to ensure proper customer/account profiling
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience trading in a Sports Betting platform • Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate odds • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Problem solving and strong critical thinking • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives from end-to-end • An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills
