📋 Description

• Refine and enhance language models, including fine-tuning and retraining to meet specific requirements • Collaborate with product and development teams to design machine learning models and algorithms for product needs • Work with product managers to implement strategies that improve product functionality and user experience • Handle, analyze, and derive insights from extensive text data and large datasets • Develop and maintain robust, efficient, production-ready code • Collaborate with DevOps and ML-Ops teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments • Write and optimize SQL queries and interact with databases • Contribute positively in a team-oriented environment while developing a world-class product

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a PhD program in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Engineering • Completed coursework in NLP and LLM • Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and generative AI • Familiarity with reinforcement learning • Experience building predictive models and causal inference models • Familiarity with generative AI • Experience analyzing large and complex data sets • Experience using tools like PyTorch (preferably) or TensorFlow • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences
