📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B and enterprise agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, reseller, referral, and vendor agreements • Advise on EAP, employer, and health plan partnership arrangements • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and business development teams • Negotiate marketing, sponsorship, and affiliate agreements involving influencers, content creators, and third-party wellness platforms • Ensure compliance with healthcare and advertising regulations • Design and operationalize partnership frameworks with sales and operations • Align legal, business, and technical requirements • Work with product, engineering, and compliance teams to support contractual commitments through product functionality and service delivery standards • Provide legal guidance on data privacy, information security, and healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, FTC, and state-specific health and marketing laws • Monitor and interpret evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting digital health, mental health parity, telehealth, and enterprise wellness

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience • 3+ years of healthcare-related legal work experience • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school • Active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to provide practical, risk-balanced legal advice in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment • Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a focus on enabling business growth while maintaining compliance • Experience working in a hybrid organization offering both D2C and B2B services and/or digital health platform is preferred, but not required • Digital and privacy experience is a plus
