📋 Description

• Conduct video consultations and communicate with patients through telemedicine • Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication when clinically appropriate • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs • Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with BetterHelp’s network of licensed therapists • Deliver empathetic, high-quality care while upholding BetterHelp’s clinical and service standards • Share feedback with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve provider and patient experience • Make clinical decisions independently in accordance with applicable state telehealth laws, regulations, and professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a licensed Psychiatrist • Active medical license (MD/DO) in good standing • Experience prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable state law • Confidence using technology and online tools to deliver virtual care • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach • United States location required • Previous telemedicine experience preferred • Active medical licenses in multiple states preferred • Fluency in additional languages preferred
