📋 Description
• Receive all incoming invoices by mail, email, and fax • Scan and verify invoices • Process all invoices timely • Assist to ensure on-time payment of invoices • Provide internal and external customer service • Enter bank wire requests • Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX charges • Gather and support monthly Visa charges for employees • Perform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoices • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management • Follow legal policies as directed
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel) • Good communication skills • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment • High school diploma or equivalent education • Accounts Payable Certification • Ability to sit, stand, and perform general office functions • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally • Bending, stooping, and reaching are frequently required
