📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the accounts payable team, providing leadership, guidance, and support • Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring proper coding, authorization, and documentation • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner • Maintain vendor relationships, including communicating payment terms and resolving vendor inquiries • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of accounts payable transactions • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency • Manage preparation and processing of payment files • Ensure approval of all payment requests in accordance with company policies • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field preferred but not required • 7+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role • Experience with dropshipping e-commerce business model and high volume preferred • Experience with Oracle required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement • Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures • Ability to sit, stand, perform general office functions, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
