đź“‹ Description
• Mentor and support master's-level students pursuing BCBA certification • Provide structured weekly supervision for up to 12 master's students, approximately 1 hour per student per week • Observe trainees during direct clinical services, client sessions, RBT interactions, and clinical team meetings • Provide real-time coaching, constructive feedback, and clinical mentorship • Support trainees in applying evidence-based ABA principles and developing clinical judgment, decision-making, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Maintain accurate and timely supervision documentation and document trainee progress • Collaborate with RBTs, BTs, clinical teams, and other Beyou professionals • Ensure supervision practices align with applicable BCBA certification and supervision requirements • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards • Contribute to Beyou’s mission of expanding access to high-quality, caregiver-led Applied Behavior Analysis services
🎯 Requirements
• Current BCBA certification in good standing • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles • Experience providing clinical supervision or mentorship • Strong clinical observation and feedback skills • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills • Ability to support multiple trainees while maintaining supervision quality • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams • Availability between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM PST • Experience supervising BCBA trainees or master's students is nice to have • Experience with fieldwork supervision is nice to have • Experience providing caregiver training or parent coaching is nice to have • Experience supervising RBTs or BTs is nice to have • Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams is nice to have • Telehealth or technology-enabled clinical experience is nice to have • Interest in clinical education, mentorship, and professional development is nice to have
