• Develop and evaluate systematic equity trading opportunities • Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment • Identify new sources of alpha across US equities • Drive improvements in execution and portfolio construction • Participate in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years trading US equities • Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies • Understanding of alpha generation, risk management, and portfolio construction • Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies • Strong understanding of market microstructure • Preferred experience with statistical arbitrage • Preferred experience with factor models • Preferred experience with ETF arbitrage • Preferred experience with event-driven trading • Preferred experience with market making • Preferred experience with execution alpha • Preferred experience with short-term prediction models
