📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate business and sales performance in Databricks and provide insights and strategy enhancements • Develop time-sensitive production and ad hoc insights using Power BI and related tools • Optimize daily sales lead flow and lead prioritization to improve business conversion rates • Identify and evaluate new population segments, products, and markets across the card lifecycle • Collaborate cross-functionally within credit card to design and analyze A/B tests • Connect sales metrics to revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability outcomes • Deliver presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making • Shape BHG Financial’s credit card business strategy through data-driven insights, analysis, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred • 2+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services • Experience developing and executing strategic plans with senior leadership and cross-functional partners • Experience with list-based marketing strategy, such as direct mail and email • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Excellent communication skills, with ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences • Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions • Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future • Experience in consumer lending is nice to have • Experience leveraging generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or DALL·E is nice to have
