• Help build and maintain data analyses and reporting for BHG’s growing loan portfolios • Assist with loan inventory management and short-term cash forecasting • Develop, produce, and maintain optimization models supporting Capital Markets and Finance • Analyze complex financial information, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership • Support financial team leadership • Develop analyses for strategic initiatives using Excel, SQL, or PowerBI • Perform variance analysis against forecasts and assist with month-end financial statement analysis • Provide analytical insights on loan portfolios to Accounting, Capital Markets, Legal, and other internal teams • Execute continuous process improvement and ad hoc organizational analysis • Complete ad hoc projects as requested
• Must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field preferred • 2–4 years of progressive data analytics or finance experience • Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of financial modeling • Background in lending, capital markets—specifically structured finance—or financial services • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and common database systems required • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus • Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain models, identify key financial and non-financial risks, improve processes, and manage data flow • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and take accountability • Professional certification such as CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus or actively being pursued
