📋 Description

• Build and maintain document templates • Configure automated document generation. • Support contract lifecycle processes. • Troubleshoot template merge issues. • Optimize document generation performance. • Partner with Legal and Operations on document enhancements. • Maintain template governance and version control. • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform for multiple business units. • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, approval processes, flows, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, queues, public groups, and custom metadata. • Perform user provisioning, role management, security administration, and license management. • Monitor platform health and proactively identify optimization opportunities. • Support production incidents and troubleshoot user-reported issues. • Assist with release management, regression testing, and deployment coordination. • Serve as the primary administrator for the enterprise Conga platform. • Administer DocuSign eSignature integration with Salesforce. • Build and maintain DocuSign envelopes. • Configure routing rules. • Build scalable Salesforce Flows. • Participate in change management activities. • Provide Tier II/Tier III Salesforce support. • Train end users on new functionality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification • 3+ years administering Conga products and DocuSign • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules • Experience supporting enterprise production environments • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills • Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification • Conga and/or DocuSign Certification • Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and partnering with Product Owners and Engineering teams • Familiarity with Git, Copado, Gearset, release management, and regulated environments • Experience with UAT, sandbox management, and enterprise platform support • Preferred Technical Experience • Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards • Conga Composer, Contracts, Batch, and Trigger • DocuSign for Salesforce • Data Loader, Workbench, and SOQL • Copado or Gearset • Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office • API integrations, enterprise document lifecycle management, and Salesforce Shield
