📋 Description

• Prepares and maintains financial records to track the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. • Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. • Maintains the accounting records, files, and general ledger. • May manage the AP, Credit Card, and Employee Expense Reimbursement platforms • Sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books (Netsuite). • Reconciles payroll, customer and vendor accounts, and other financial accounts; • Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. • Provides external auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit. • Assists with contract renewals and contract requests, ensure the databases are accurate to aid in review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related years of experience. • 7+ years of accounting experience. • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced at creating journal entries and reconciling complex accounts. • Experience with AP, Expense Reimbursements and corporate credit cards • Highly detail oriented and organized. • Free thinker/ self starter who understands the big picture • Ability to meet a stream of constant deadlines and prioritize work. • Proven success in working both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
