• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements • Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and the general ledger, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations • Own the preparation and posting of journal entries and general ledger transactions • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Own vendor spend management, including contract review, renewals, and consolidation • Manage debt obligations - borrowings, repayments, covenant compliance, and lender reporting • Oversee day-to-day cash management, including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationships • Lead revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance • Design and maintain a robust internal control environment across all entities and locations • Own relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring successful audits/reviews and timely, accurate filings across all jurisdictions • Manage all intercompany transactions • Collaborate across Legal, HR, and Operations to support cross-border scaling and business efficiency • Own NetSuite and core financial systems, driving optimization and reporting enhancements • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required) • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as a Controller or Assistant Controller • Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity, multi-currency environment • Track record of building or improving close processes and internal controls • Strong systems experience (NetSuite or similar ERP; bill.com or similar a plus) and advanced Excel skills • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills across finance and non-finance stakeholders • Self-starter that thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Comfortable working across functions and communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
