• Develop deep understanding of programmatic advertising including best practices, capabilities, and products • Work closely with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive programmatic revenue growth • Assist with managing the post-sale process of Big Happy creative mobile programmatic campaigns • Assist with setup for new PMP Deal IDs, optimizations, reporting and daily management in our SSPs • Prepare campaign reporting and wrap-up presentations for Big Happy’s programmatic clients • Help strategize and troubleshoot client programmatic deal requests and general capability inquiries • Help manage and closely monitor PMP deal health to ensure optimal delivery for our campaigns • Provide a high level of customer service to clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolutions to potential issues
• 2-4+ years of experience • Strong knowledge of DSP’s, SSP’s and the digital ecosystem • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint • Willingness to learn media planning tactics and programmatic/ad tech landscape • BA/BS required • Programmatic and DOOH experience a plus
