📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate repetitive marketing operations tasks • Build and maintain process automations across the martech stack • Identify automation opportunities across campaign operations, lead processing, and data quality • Stay current on emerging AI tooling, including MCP integrations and LLM-powered operations • Coordinate lead enrichment and normalization pipelines • QA landing pages, campaign sequencing, form routing, and nurture workflows end to end • Own conversion tracking infrastructure and attribution modeling • Ensure data integrity across campaign inputs and outputs • Own HubSpot campaign configuration, lifecycle stages, reporting, and workflow management • Manage Chili Piper meeting routing logic, form concierge setup, and inbound lead handling • Manage Navattic interactive demos and performance tracking • Monitor Warmly intent signals and site visitor enrichment • Manage GTM and GA4 tag management, event tracking, and conversion configuration • Enforce data hygiene standards across marketing systems • Build processes to catch and remediate dirty data before it reaches pipeline • Work closely with marketing, sales leadership, and revenue operations to connect program execution with revenue data

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely adjacent function • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience • Strong working knowledge of GTM and GA4, including custom event configuration • Ability to build and maintain automated workflows without engineering support • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight scripting such as Python or JavaScript • Strong knowledge of data quality, attribution, and funnel analytics • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in a marketing or operations context is a strong plus • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations is a strong plus • Prior experience with Chili Piper, Navattic, Warmly, or comparable tools is a strong plus • B2B SaaS experience, ideally in security or data, is a strong plus • Ability to exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight • High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward building over process-documenting
