• Triage calls and prioritize resources • Provide procedural direction to crisis clinicians • Assist with Detox Admissions for Treatment Centers • Answer initial phone assessments • Monitor activity of active and pending cases
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field • Strong communication skills • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others • Experience in crisis intervention preferred
