📋 Description
• Triage calls and prioritize clinicians and other resources • Provide assistance with Detox Admissions • Answer phones and provide initial phone assessment • Maintain awareness of active and pending cases • Assist clinicians with bed searches and insurance verifications • Serve as liaison between the organization and other providers • Collect and record data for reporting needs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field • Experience working in a clinical setting • Ability to adapt to changes in the workplace
